Abstract

Using kernel density analysis,Ripley' s k function,space gini coefficient and geographical contact rate,the paper studies the characteristics and evolution of urban financial services in Hangzhou city.The results are as follows:①Hangzhou financial services industry developed rapidly,especially the development of online finance has been accelerated.②On the whole,the financial services has formed the space pattern of center agglomeration, periphery multi-center,and it could be divided into three models: “large dispersion, large density”, “small dispersion, medium density” and“large dispersion, small density”.③Different types of finance services have different evolution laws:the monetary and financial services industry is mainly multicenter diffusion,the capital market service industry is centered on the city center,the insurance industry is coexisting with the outward diffusion and center agglomeration;other financial services were initially clustered in the middle and then spread.④The expansion of urban space, influence of regional geography factor and development of network finance are the main factors influencing the changes of financial services area in Hangzhou
