Abstract

For the existing residential building regeneration, renovation of old residential facade is most obvious andcharacteristic.The regeneration of building entrance tend to be starting point and bright sopt for the residential renovation, so it is of great significance.Author investigated Dalian Xingshe Community and Taishan Community constructed in the 80 s , focusing on investigating and recording external, internal interface, space form, barrier-free facilities and function of auxiliary facilities of old dwelling unit entrance space , using the method of chart analysis and comparison,summing up existing problems,counting regeneral
entrance space statistical number, summing up current situation and main transformation way, in order to provide ideas for the subsequent discussion of existing residential entrance area modification , so as to establish a base for exploring old residential facade regenerative ways.
