Abstract

Many reports say it, foundation insulation house after the second year on completion are compared to floor insulated houses, it risk of high humidification under floor in summer is low.However, the foundation insulation houses have various forms of the underfloor space exist and it to be inferred that Properties under the floor temperature and humidity are different for each house properties under the floor temperature and humidity are different for each house. In this report, analyze the actual survey results of 4 years we conducted and it aims to clarify differences in the characteristics of temperature and humidity for each form of underfloor space differences in the characteristics of temperature and humidity for each form of underfloor space.Measurement was carried out at of foundation insulated houses of 4 buildings in from 2013 to 2015, 2017.House B which hermetically sealed under the floor, the outside air did not invade under the floor and it was the lowest humidity.House C which
has vent on the floor, high humidity air flows under the floor and the floor became very humid, because of lifestyle to open a window and live a life.Measurement was carried out at House B which has block the vent on the floor in 2017.Even if the vent of the floor was blocked, no effect of improving under floor high humidity was seen.
