Abstract

Hospital is health service institutions that provide full range of personal health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services (Law of the Republic Indonesia No. 44 Year 2009 Article 1 Clause 1 concerning Hospital). Various disaster threats may be experienced by hospital, such as earthquake and fire. For that research about evaluation of standard fulfillment of disaster evacuation system at hospital Bandar Lampung City need to be done. The evaluation process includes the physical standards of circulation elements, circulation criteria, signage and emergency route. This research was conducted at two hospitals in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province, Indonesia, namely Graha Husada Hospital and DKT Hospital. The data obtained are siteplan data of disaster evacuation route plan in both hospitals and photo documentation result data. As the study object, Graha Husada Hospital meets the standard with a percentage of 51% and DKT Hospital meets the standard with a percentage of 52%. The percentage is obtained from the overall standards that have been met by each hospital.
