Abstract

At present, with the rapid development of the aging of our country, in connection with the current situation of the large population of the elderly and the gap between the needs of the elderly population and the retirement facilities of the elderly, The author puts forward the concept of “Stock and Integration” to solve the present problems of the old Urban community, which refers to the Spatial Pattern concept of “Elderly Comprehensive Area”. Combining with the investigation and the relevant standards, to further explore the
layout design, facilities and environment renovation planning series design points, and discussing the problem of running services, realization approaches of “Elderly Comprehensive Area”, in order to provide new feasible strategy to solve the current problems of Old Urban Communities.
