In modern cities, people are eager to achieve the right balance between people and the natural environment through landscape means planning or design. The Japanese garden designers seem to have succeeded in expressing it. Traditional gardens designs are accompanied by Japanese aesthetic and philosophical ideas, avoid artificial ornamentation, and highlight the natural landscape in many traditional Japanese gardens, it is possible to be close to the natural landscape, although the garden is very close to the city. Traditional Japanese gardening does not merely create visual satisfaction; they mean bigger. The garden is sometimes used as a training ground for Buddhist monks and is also an ideal place for secluded life. In order to meet these requirements, the engineering and landscape design model is so complex that it is capable of displaying large and rich natural landscapes and creating an isolated location for those who want to live separation. The Japanese garden have many elements, such as water, trees and flowers rocks, sand, bridges, stone lanterns, water basins, fences, and gates. This paper want to point out the relationship and how to use them through Japanese garden design.Downloads
