Abstract

Based on low-carbon growth of the industrial package design, B&B industry package clearly defined, while providing modular design results, providing Internet operations guidance and services. First of all, withthe rapid development of home and accommodation and the construction of low-carbon community as the background, this paper puts forward the concept of research and innovation of the industrial package. Secondly, by combining the current situation of domestic and foreign industries, this paper puts forward the development of Zhejiang B & B by means of our existing knowledge system and based on the field research,and then formulates the specific contents of the industry package. Through the envisaged transformation process of the hotel and lodging, we put forward 5 sets of industrialized solutions for the venue and reused the service system and business model provided by the industrial package to speed up the progress of the investment in the hotel and lodging construction and get more benefits.
