Abstract

Residential building has always been a large proportion in the total amount of buildings, its low energy consumption and comfort has become the emphases of residential design. In this paper, based on the indoor environment investigation of existing residential buildings to consider the effect of building envelopes on reconstruction strategy from the satisfaction of residents. Before determining the reconstruction strategy of building, the indoor thermal environment of the case was simulated. then obtained the influence of building exterior envelope. In the process of designing, identify the problems and take corresponding measures to adjust and optimize the transformation by using the energy analysis software Design-builder. Then simulate and verify again on the reconstruction strategy after optimization. Based the improved indoor thermal environment as the evaluation, the whole design process is an analysis -- design -. evaluation -- analysis of the dynamic adjustment and recycling process. Finally, the paper puts forward the optimized reform strategy of exterior envelop could provide some theoretical basis for the research of energy saving transformation and promotes the development of energy saving renovation work.
