JAUE2017-017: Research on The Evaluation of Commercial Complex Based on Spatial Syntax and Its Application in Architectural Design

With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the commercial complex plays a more and more
important role in city public life, scientific and effective evaluation of the completed commercial space has very
important guiding significance for the future design. So it has become the subject of this research. In this study,
we did the investigation of Xi'an SAGA international shopping center and many other commercial complex in
China and did regression analysis between the commercial building’s wire sticking rate, the boarding and
alighting scale of the subway of 10 factors and building integration, selection, section flow, cross section per unit
area of turnover. Research shows that there is a relevance between building’s wire sticking rate,the boarding and
alighting scale of the subway, store format mixed degree, average store open degree and the dependent variables
and the concept of"More than one first floor"of commercial building area greatly improved the section flow.
Secondly, we make a comprehensive analysis of Xi'an city happy forest area on the basis of spatial syntactic
parsing software Depthmap and got some conclusions about NACH value. Based on this, the author puts forward
many scientific reference opinions for the proposed commercial complex in this area.
