Abstract

Although large amount of investment and R&Ds about renewable energies like solar photovoltaic, wind power generation and et al. have been on-going, the rate of installation at remote areas like islands is poor where the energy supply network is not good and stable enough comparing to urban. Some cases installed renewable energy systems) at islands are estimated as "not successful", because of the differences of ideas between installers(local government, designer, engineers who live in far) and users.Meanwhile elementary and middle school teachers and students of remote areas are recently interested in renewable energies and eager to study how to introduce the technologies. The purpose of this study is to develop the measurement methodology of annual weather data using SNS(Social Network System) to serve the data for accurate design of renewable systems.
