Abstract

Based on the current situation of rainwater utilization in sponge city construction, this paper expounds the feasibility of rainwater collection and reuse system technology. Taking the case of water right exchange as the starting point, investigating the current situation of water right exchange market, and analyzing the marketization application and economic benefits of the ecological value of rainwater resources.
