Abstract

The world is facing the problem of energy shortage, but China's annual building energy consumption remains high, and high energy consumption buildings are more and more concerned. China's hot summer and cold winter regions are hot and humid in summer and cold and humid in winter, with special climatic conditions. The rural housing buildings in this area have poor thermal performance, high building energy consumption and low building interior comfort. This paper takes the building envelope structure in the hot summer and cold winter area of China as the research object, and selects three indicators of total building energy consumption, PMV value and investment cost as the optimization objectives of a multi-objective optimization experiment. After judging the convergence of the experimental results, with the help of three-dimensional visualization analysis, it is concluded that the three indicators of total building energy consumption, PMV and investment cost restrict each other. The optimal outer envelope design scheme suitable for the local climate is obtained by screening the Pareto frontier solution set in different ways. The research method of this paper provides a new design strategy for the research design of China's hot summer and winter cold regions and makes up for the shortcomings of multi-objective design and parametric design in the field of rural architecture.
