JiSMART2022—013: Research on Conservation and Utilization Planning of Qingdao Coastal Zone

Abstract

Coastal zone is an active area for economic construction and urban development of coastal cities. However, with the increase of urban population and the enhancement of development intensity, coastal resources are under more environmental pressure. In recent years, with the promotion of national land space planning, coastal cities have carried out coastline protection and utilization planning to ensure the rational use of natural resources. Based on the analysis of Qingdao's coastline planning practice, this paper studies the scope, objectives, levels, core contents and planning features of the coastline planning, put forward the planning strategies of Qingdao in ecological pattern, functional utilization, management and control means, support system and other aspects to achieve the coordinated development of land and sea,, which is conducted in order to provide reference for correlative planning
