Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy, resource consumption is becoming more and more serious, and a large amount of agricultural waste is incinerated, of which the utilization of corncobs is less than 20%. In this paper, corncobs and construction wastes are co-processed to prepare recycled aggregate composite ecological concrete. Study different mortar-binder ratios to determine the best basic performance of ecological concrete. Apply this material to the transformation of the building envelope. Taking the courtyard of a traditional building in Qingdao as an example, using honeybee and ladybug simulation software, simulate the energy consumption after using recycled aggregate as concrete for building renovation, and make a comparison.
