JiSMART2022—021: The Research on Agricultural Suitability Evaluation of The External Space in Resettlement Area--Take Frei Community of Sino-German Ecological Park As An Example

Abstract

With the acceleration of China's urbanization process, A significant number of newly constructed resettlement area in China have an urgent need for their agricultural exterior space. There is still a lack of an efficient and measurable agricultural suitability evaluation system.Based on the expert evaluation method, this paper constructs an evaluation system weight set of 6 criterion layers and 18 index layers to evaluate the suitability of the external space of urban settlements for agriculture. Taking the Frei Community in Sino-German Ecological Park as an example, we obtained the external spatial data and residents' subjective evaluation by means of fixed-point measurement and questionnaire survey, and applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out value-weighted calculation to form a systematic andquantitative evaluation of the spatial planning layout, traffic organization, landscape environment, facility supply, economic environment, and community atmosphere of the resettlement settlement, which provides a useful reference for the design and transformation of the external spatial suitability of the resettlement settlement.The results demonstrate that the agricultural evaluation of the external space of the Frei community is"good".
