Abstract

Ecological networks have been considered to be an effective strategy to counter habitat fragmentation in the context of urbanization, as well as an important landscape means for biodiversity and ecosystem protection. This paper takes 159 English papers retrieved from the Web of Science TM core collection database and 26 Chinese papers retrieved from CNKI from 2018 to 2022 as the research object. Using CiteSpace scientific knowledge visualization software, combined with literature content analysis and interpretation, this paper sorts out the general situation of its development and then identifies research hot spot and frontier. According to the research results, the main research directions, construction methods and specific ways for urban biodiversity protection based on landscape ecological network are introduced. Finally, we summarize the research frontier and the differences between domestic and foreign research, which provides beneficial reference for scientific research and practice.
