Abstract

Published by the world bank's 2017 global travel report pointed out that traffic should not only provide jobs and market accessibility, at the same time, it should have four attributes: fairness, efficiency, safety and environmental responsibility, the large capacity of public traffic system and the slow system must still be as main force of urban transportation, to meet the needs of urban sustainable development. For Qingdao, an important coastal tourism city, it is urgent to promote the integration of the original public transportation and the new public transportation with the rapid construction of subway, light rail and other large-capacity public transportation systems, so as to improve the connection efficiency among various transportation modes and fully stimulate the carrying capacity of the public transportation network. Based on the premise that the departure time of subway is constant (without special circumstances) and the transfer flow is stable, this study effectively improves the operation efficiency of buses and minimizes the transfer waiting time between buses and subway by adjusting the departure time plan of bus lines connected with subway. Combined with the three-dimensional comprehensive public transportation network formed by the future subway network, with the purpose of optimal transfer efficiency between bus and subway, this paper studies the optimal bus departure time model connecting various transportation modes, and finally puts forward the strategy of public transportation development and optimization in Qingdao.
