Abstract

With the rapid development of cities, how to realize the efficient and recycling use of old buildings, as well as the effective and green upgrading of living environment, is an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at the problems of lack of function and vitality of old buildings in North District of Qingdao City, this paper puts forward the concept of "P+N" parking complex through the study of the design strategy for the renovation of the original buildings and environment at No. 27, 29 and 33 Dalian Road in North District of Qingdao City. At the same time, by using the methods of theoretical research, field investigation and practical design, the corresponding optimization measures are put forward in terms of current regional building damage, poor quality of living environment and shortage of parking facilities, so as to improve the overall quality of the region and activate the vitality of the block.
