jismart2019017: The Correlation Investigation between the Nighttime Light Data and GDP Data in Shandong province

Abstract

Timely and objective remote sensing satellite nighttime lighting data has been proved to have a strong correlation with human social and economic life, to obtain information on the correlation between nighttime lighting data and socio-economic indicators, and to correct and correct problems with time delays and inaccuracies. The economic index is of great significance. However, the current domestic research in this area is still in an extremely lacking state. Therefore, taking Shandong as an example, this paper studies the correlation between DMSP/OLS stable nighttime lighting data and Gross Domestic Product and spatial scale in China from 1994 to 2012.
