Abstract

As a kind of modern ecological burial, sea burial has been increasingly popular around the world. In the contrary to the traditional burials, sea burial is proved to be environmental-friendly, which will not cause any harm to the environment. However, as the thought of pursuing to have a traditional burial strike steadily in our mind, sea burial is not accepted by everyone. In conclusion, this paper decides to ponder over the process of the sea burial to create a more humanized and more efficient way to take part in the ceremony. Besides, this paper would like to design a sea burial culture memorial hall to provide special services for people who plans to take part in the ceremony.
