jismart2020006: Old Community Square Micro Renewal——Take Haibohe Square as an Example

Abstract

Community square is a public place used by community residents on weekdays. It provides a place for the public to chat, make friends, cultural activities, exercise and fitness, rest and stay. Due to the early construction of the old community square, there are various problems in parking, greening, decoration, public facilities and so on. And then it becomes an important aspect that affects the quality of life of community residents. Taking haipohe square in Shibei District of Qingdao as an example, this paper studies the behavior and psychology of the neighboring residents, analyzes the site problems and the needs of the crowd, and puts forward specific reconstruction schemes and measures. Hope to provide reference and thinking for related research and design.
