jismart2020007: Thinking on the Management and Control of Urban Design: A Case Study of YH Road Area in Weifang City

Abstract

In the rapid construction of the new urban area, the urban design often puts too much emphasis on the display image and project investment, which resulting in the problems of blocking the line of sight in the land layout. Combined with the urban design of YH road area in Weifang city, this paper discusses the problems encountered in the current situation and control measures. Aiming at the control failure in the design of YH road block, Solutions such as waterscape guidance and landmarking are proposed. Finally, the paper discusses the management and control means of urban design, and points out that the "bird's-eye-view" in the compilation content should be based on the premise of humanism, and additional plans should be added to the regulatory detailed planning.
