jismart2020018: Construction and Application of Evaluation Model of Children's Activity Site Design Elements in Residential Area

Abstract

As one of the basic functions of the public green space in the residential area, the design form of the children's activity area has attracted the attention of the residents. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was adopted to select 26 indicators from 6 aspects, including natural conditions, space places, activity facilities, pavement design, greening and planting, and supporting facilities of the children's activity site of the projects of Qingdao Yu Mansion, to construct an evaluation system for the design elements of children's activity site in the residential area, and to test the consistency of the evaluation results. The results show that the natural condition of children's activity site is the first condition of design, and only the site based on good natural conditions can make more added value of the activity site. The lighting conditions, safety and air quality of the site are the main preconditions of the design, while the supporting facilities inside the site play a more optimized role.
