This paper is mainly concentrated on the research of noise distribution characteristics in cement plant, taking Shandong Jungle Cement Plant as an example case. Through the noise field measurement, it is found that the noise pollution is serious, affecting the health of employees and the quality of plant sound environment according to current noise standards and codes. And the next data analysis shows that about 80% of the plant area is over 60.0 dB(A) or even 70.0 dB(A). In the 11 production and operation sites tested and counted in the building and the open space of the plant, the air-borne noise exceeded 9 of 11, reaching 81.8%, the maximum exceeded the standard 19.1 dB(A), as well as the minimum 5.0 dB(A), the average exceeded the standard 10.0 dB(A). Only two production operating sites’ vibration noise exceeded, which accounts for a small proportion of the operating points, but the air-borne noise caused by them is still large. The reduction control process is difficult because of the open noise. So, the measuring data and the analysis result from this paper are helpful for the guidance to study the noise situation of similar enterprises, especially in the further noise pollution controlling.
