Abstract

The development of Low-carbon and energy-saving requires us to explore the energy-efficient urban form planning. Based on the summary of empirical case studies and simulation results in the past 20 years, this research deeply analyzes their internal mechanism and related factors of energy consumption and urban morphology, and derives the couple relationship between energy consumption and urban morphology. The research results show that: building type, floor area ratio, green space ratio, etc. are the main influencing factors, which have varying degree of impact in different regions. The accuracy and error rate of the model are different that urban building energy modelling combined with microclimate modelling are closer to reality. It is expected to guide the residential planning and energy-saving renovation design.
