Abstract

In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and the development of new technologies, providing a comfortable and healthy indoor living and working thermal environment has become a research hotspot. The air temperature in the indoor thermal environment has a direct impact on people's physical and mental health, comfort and work efficiency. With the decline of body heat balance regulation function, the physical and mental health of the elderly is more affected [1-3]. Combined with the current situation and challenges of China's aging society, in response to the call of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, to complete the task of building a comprehensive healthy China, this paper summarizes the research on the correlation between indoor temperature and human blood pressure at home and abroad, draws some important conclusions, and puts forward the correlation research, so as to actively deal with the aging population.
