However, diagnostic evaluation standards and decision-making in the early stage of renovation have not yet been established. in accordance with. Based on the team's existing building regeneration research foundation, the article constructs an existing residential regeneration diagnostic evaluation process from an architectural perspective, which is divided into three stages: data collection and integration, visual model construction and diagnostic evaluation analysis, and comprehensive application of building information modeling, etc. technology, conduct comprehensive assessment through qualitative and quantitative diagnosis, form a diagnostic assessment template, and apply the diagnostic assessment methods and processes based on cases to provide scientific guidance and decision-making direction for the practice of refined regeneration of existing residential buildings and the formulation of relevant standards and guidelines, improve the efficiency of decision-making, and have an advanced demonstration role and forward-lookingness.
