Abstract
With the rapid development of China's urban areas, a large number of commercial complexes integrating transport interchange, entertainment and leisure, catering and food, and other multi-functional areas have emerged. This paper takes the wayfinding of Shenyang K11 Select as an example, on the basis of field research on it, research method using Design Quality Estimation method combined with Semantic Differential, quantify and analyze user ratings of the wayfinding. Based on the results of the analysis, summarize the deficiencies in K11's wayfinding, and propose optimization strategies. The purpose of this case study is to summarize a commercial complex visual wayfinding that meets the aesthetics and behavior of the users.
