jismart2024021: Research on the Sustainable Regeneration of Shanghai Communities

Abstract

This paper takes urban regeneration in the stock era as the background, based on the typical problems and difficulties encountered in the practice of community regeneration in China at this stage, takes the sustainable regeneration practice of Shanghai communities as an example, proposes sustainable regeneration strategies from three aspects: community ecological environment protection and micro-regeneration, old neighborhood regeneration and style protection, and old community adaptation for the elderly. It also reflects on and summarizes the problems existing in Shanghai community regeneration practice, such as high housing prices after regeneration, high cost and long cycle of regeneration process, and weak public participation awareness, in order to provide a reference for the research and practice of achieving sustainable development through community regeneration in the stock era.
