Under the dual challenges of coping with global climate change and promoting urban sustainable development, Trombe wall technology comes into being as an efficient passive solar energy utilization method. By efficiently capturing and converting solar energy, this technology not only optimizes the thermal comfort of buildings but also significantly reduces energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, making a positive contribution to achieving zero-energy buildings and mitigating climate change. The breakthrough of 3D printing technology has brought revolutionary changes to the design and manufacturing of Trombe walls, greatly improving the adaptability and energy efficiency of the technology. This paper reviews the application process of 3D-printing in Trombe wall and discusses its innovation points and positive impact on improving the environmental performance of buildings.
