Abstract

With the rapid advance of industrialization, urban economic development demand and land resources supply gradually derived from the contradiction, the increasingly limited incremental space has posed new challenges to urban growth. Under the background of inventory planning, the renewal and reuse of low-efficiency industrial land is an important way to improve land quality and efficiency. This paper discusses the problem of low-efficiency industrial land renewal by introducing the theory of smart growth. Firstly, it analyzes the dilemma of urban low-efficiency industrial land renewal, in the perspective of smart growth under the construction of low-efficiency industrial land analysis framework, the typical renewal cases of low-efficiency industrial land in Nanjing Handerson Industrial Park, Liandong U Valley · Nanjing Economic Development Zone International Enterprise Port and Baijiahu Silicon Lane are analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on low-efficiency industrial land renewal. The results have shown that the division of property rights to the household model is conducive to promoting the redevelopment of inefficient industrial land, and providing a policy platform for small and medium-sized enterprises to move in. At the same time, the participation of diverse renewal entities is conducive to promoting the renewal of inefficient industrial land.
