jismart2024058: The Evolution and Enlightenment of South Korea's Affordable Housing Policy

Abstract

Affordable housing is a key livelihood project to alleviate housing pressure and maintain social equity and stability. In order to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of affordable housing construction in China, the article selects South Korea as the research object and analyzes South Korea's policy system of affordable housing and the evolution of the policy at different stages of development. However, the current research on South Korea's affordable housing policy focuses on the description of a single policy or a static system, and lacks in-depth exploration of the internal motivation of the policy evolution and the dynamic adjustment mechanism. Therefore, the article innovatively explores the dynamic adjustment mechanism and internal motivation of South Korea's affordable housing from multiple perspectives, such as the security system, security standards, security methods, and security targets, and summarizes its policy implementation and development mode. In addition, the article also proposes the establishment of a comprehensive policy system, high-quality security standards, diversified security methods, and a wide range of comprehensive security targets, in order to provide experience for the development of high-quality affordable housing in China.
