jismart2024081: The Direction of Aerated Concrete Development: Solid Waste Utilization, Low Carbonization
Keywords:
Low carbonization, Solid discarded waste, Environmental pollution, Autoclaved aerated concreteAbstract
Under the historical trend of the building materials industry towards decarbonization, solid waste utilization and assembly, autoclaved aerated concrete material has attracted much attention as a relatively energy-saving and waste-friendly new wall material. Autoclaved aerated concrete has a wide range of inclusiveness in waste utilization, such as using various tailings, river sand, fly ash, etc. instead of quartz sand instead of siliceous materials. Steel slag, calcium carbide slag, slag instead of cement and lime as cementitious materials. These applications not only utilize solid waste and reduce the environmental risk of solid waste dumping. At the same time, autoclaved aerated concrete can be decarbonized by using waste steam from power plants and chemical plants to replace steam generated from coal-fired boilers.
