JiSMART2021—010: Research on Restoration Technology of Liyuan Building in Qingdao

Abstract

Liyuan is a courtyard-style residence with Qingdao regional characteristics. Its typical veranda-style courtyard has high architectural preservation value and research significance. This paper studies the historical context and current situation of No. 5 Haibo Road, analyzes its architectural preservation status, finds out the problems existing in the use of the building, analyzes the characteristics of the building courtyard and the historical technical methods used in the building facade around the yard, and proposes to adapt to the characteristics of the courtyard building, in order to improve the current situation of disorganized courtyards and improve the living environment of buildings, the sustainable utilization of courtyard buildings in Qingdao can be better realized.
