JWACA2024-012: Exploring the development trend of domestic intelligent building under the background of intelligent construction

Abstract

In today's economic and social development in China, intelligent construction has become an effective way for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and moving towards high-quality development. By summarizing and summarizing the relevant literature, combing and reviewing the research results of intelligent construction at home and abroad, we summarize and get the development trend of intelligent construction in three dimensions, namely, in the dimension of building monoliths, the buildings become highly intelligent; in the dimension of cities, the cities are more intelligent, and the connection between the buildings and the cities is closer; in the dimension of the construction system, the conditions for the generation of intelligent construction will tend to be mature rapidly in a short period of time in order to extend the relevant theoretical research and provide theoretical reference for the practice of intelligent buildings.
