JWACA2024-026: Zhongli electronics ecological headquarters

Abstract

The Zhongli Electronics Ecological Headquarters in Changshu, Jiangsu, integrates sustainable design principles with modern architectural practices. The building utilizes a reinforced concrete (RC) structure combined with photovoltaic (PV) technology to create a low-energy consumption facility. The design features a north-south orientation to optimize natural lighting and ventilation, with a large open space on the first floor and a rooftop garden. PV panels are strategically placed to provide renewable energy while also serving as shading elements. The project incorporates rainwater harvesting and green roofs to enhance ecological sustainability.
