Abstract

The Nanjing University of Science and Technology Sports Center is designed to blend with its natural surroundings while providing state-of-the-art sports facilities. The building features a unique inverted trapezoidal shape and a large green roof that connects with the surrounding landscape. The design incorporates passive cooling techniques, such as deep overhangs and natural ventilation, to create a comfortable environment for athletes. The project also includes innovative construction techniques, such as large-span steel truss installation.
