To solve the problem caused by heat shock, it is effective to introduce a whole-house air conditioning system into a highly insulated and airtight house. In this study, evaluating the feasibility of introducing the system in cold climate house where the system is introduced, by on-site measurement and CFD analysis during the heating period. In actual field measurements, energy consumption and thermal environment are measured and the system is evaluated. It is confirmed that the room temperature difference is as small as about 6.8 ºC the maximum and 1.86 ºC the top and bottom temperature difference. The energy consumption is 45.6 kWh per day. In CFD analysis, comparing it with individual air conditioning generally used. Compared to individual air conditioning, this system is confirmed to be a system with a small temperature difference between rooms, a difference in temperature difference between upper and lower sides, and high thermal comfort.
