Abstract

At an earthquake, what brings influence to people is not only the disaster itself but also the problems after the earthquake like electronic,water,food which are also looked for solving. We have been doing researches about influences on water pipes when earthquake happened. 2011 year's Great Earthquake at East Japan just give us a new sample to learn this problem. This paper is the one which aiming at this situation to doing analysis. We get the many information together like GIS and classify them. As a result, we found that the ground can be sorted as dangerous ground, interim dangerous ground,safe ground by its extend of disaster. In the same way, we can classify the water pipe into dangerous pipe, interim dangerous pipe, safe pipe by its extend of disaster. According the analysis of data, we can get knowledge about what ground that the pipe is broken easily on and what pipe that break easily. All of these can provide some consults for the next unpredictable earthquake and its recovery.
