Japan is facing a tree trimming term due to the big afforestation after WWII. Meanwhile, a suitable forestry management has not been carried out. To perform this, a vertically cooperative house production (v.c.h.p.) system was proposed. From former research, it was proved that this system can reduce CO2 emission and secure profit. However, house construction is not included in this system boundary. In this research, we verified LCCO2 of a wood abundant residence (w.a.r.). From this, we will evaluate the whole v.c.h.p. system. We compared the w.a.r. with a typical residence, by creating its house model from the specification of the w.a.r. obtained by hearing investigation. As a result, the w.a.r. reduced CO2 emissions by 6% compared to the typical residence. And that is, v.c.h.p. system predominate in LCCO2 to the present system.
