When an earthquake disaster occurs, many people gather in the vicinity of the terminal station and those who
become difficult to return home are supposed to spend a long time in the surrounding buildings. In order to grasp
the energy consumption necessary for the operation of the facility in such a situation, assuming the situation of
temporarily accepting a person who is difficult to return home in time of a disaster in a certain underground mall
in Fukuoka city, we analyzed the BEMS data. In addition, from the amount of energy consumption at the time of
holidays, we figured out the minimum energy consumption required for the operation of the facility and examined
the energy consumption necessary for the facility operation in case of a disaster.
As a result, it was found that there is a possibility that several to tens of times the electric load may be generated
in cold / hot water secondary pump, air conditioner, ventilation, lighting / socket, heat source, etc. during the
winter night.
