In this research, the problem of current correction coefficients of each new and renewable energy source are
identified. To compensate this, the investment collection period of each new and renewable energy source is
calculated and reflected into new correction coefficients. Also, regional climate coefficients were drawn after
calculating unit energy output using weather data prepared using a HASP-type simple method. The new and
renewable energy optimal proportion and output were compared before and after applying the new correction
coefficients and regional climate coefficients using the program KRESS 3.0. In comparison to when coefficents
were not applied in complexity, the optimal proportion in the whole area was lower than the proportion of
photovoltaic and solar thermal, and the geothermal increased. New and renewable energy output in the whole area
was higher than when coefficients had not been applied in complexity, and the amount of supply required was also
met.
