Nowadays, CCHP system of natural gas distributed supply station has been developing slowly in China. The
reason is that the investment amount of the system is relatively large and the payback period is long. There are
varieties of configuration and operation strategy of the system for the same cold thermal load demand. If the
operation of gas-distributed energy system can be optimized reasonably, it can improve the primary energy ratio
and economic efficiency and shorten the payback period to certain extent.
In this paper, TRNSYS simulation model is set up based on the actual situation of the natural gas distributed
energy supply station in the core area of Shanghai International Tourism Resort in China. Compared with the actual
operating results, it can verify the correctness of systems and make a preparation to continue the optimization of the
operation of the whole system. Primary energy ratio module is added into the model as well. Taking internal
combustion engine as an example, after introducing the actual system data, the optimal load points of the primary
energy ratio of the system in the transition season can be obtained through the adjustment of the internal combustion
engine load.
