The purpose of our study is to realize the low-carbon society. A characteristic of our study is to suggest an energy consumption prediction using the hourly temperature response. This index improves precision than the conventional temperature response degree.
With this index, we have clarified that (1) an energy consumption on a holiday was less than that on a weekday; (2) an energy consumption on a day in consecutive holidays was less than that on a holiday. Using this energy suppressant effect of consecutive holidays, we studied an ideal arrangement of holidays in a year. (3) From the comparison between the intense heat year in 2010 and economically good year in 2008, the economical factor had a bigger influence on secular change in power supply. (4) The decrease in power supply at noon also could be recognized in holidays, however, the amount of decrease in holiday was smaller than that of weekday. (5) We compared the power supply amount in normal weekdays with weekdays of the "Bon" period. As the result, the daily electricity supply had little 72,189,000kWh. This may say the possibility to control an annual total electricity supply effectively by arranging the consecutive holidays.
