In recent years, as a result of the global warming caused by greenhouse gas emission, global changes in the climate system has been widespread concerned in the international community. It is generally agreed that concentrations of greenhouse gases increasing is the main reason of global warming [1]. Constructed wetland waster water treatment system is an important carbon source [2]. The principle of sludge drying reed beds technology is derived from constructed wetland waste water treatment technology [3]. The structure of sludge drying reed bed consists of packing layer, sludge blanket and wetland plants. In this test, the sludge drying beds were tested by the method of onsite static chamber. We analyzed the diurnal emission fluxes law of carbon dioxide and investigated the influence on carbon dioxide emission fluxes by main factors such as ventilation, plants and other secondary factor like temperature.
