Abstract

In this research, the optimal capacity of solar power generation equipment in facility groups was examined by grouping neighboring public facilities in Kawara, Fukuoka Prefecture, and simultaneously investigating the power demand and installable solar power generation capacity of each facility. The results of this examination are summarized below. In Group A, the installable capacity relative to power usage is small, and grouping has no major effects on reducing power usage or selling surplus. In this case individual installation is effective. In Group B and Group C, the effect in reducing power is not large, but if surplus power is sold, it becomes possible to install 80 kW or 90 kW through grouping, and this is effective. And in Group D, grouping has a large effect in reducing power, and also the effect is large even if surplus power is sold.
