jaue2019-051: Comparative Analysis of Anenity of Occupants according to the Standard Illumination of Office in Korea, China, and Japan

Abstract

Indoor environment is very important for modern people who spend most of their time indoors. the efficiency 
of the work depends on the comfort level of the using occupants in the office space. Among them, consideration of 
the visual environment in the office space is the most important part for improving the working environment and 
efficiency. In the past, lighting plan were limited only to the transmission of visual information and were only 
important for visibility. However, occupants now value the comfort of the indoor environment to improve their 
health and quality of life. Therefore, it is very important to make up a visual environment in accordance with the 
characteristics of the work and the space. There are various factors in creatin the visual environment. However, in 
this study, we experimented with the change of illuminance. Illumination was measured for the comfort of the 
occupants according to each illumination by using standard illumination in Korea, China, and Japan. In the future, 
this study is expected to be the basic data for the illuminance proposal for the comfort of the occupants.
