jaue2023+030: Field Survey and Analysis on the Status of Light Steel Rural Housing in Zhejiang Province ——Taking Shimen Village as An Example

Abstract

Prefabricated housing has become a focus of social attention due to its advantages such as short construction cycle, high material recycling rate, good seismic performance, and greatly reducing manual and on-site operations. In August 2022, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development approved Hangzhou as a pilot city for steel structure prefabricated housing in the province. Hangzhou accelerated the construction of a pilot city for steel structure prefabricated housing and issued the "Hangzhou Pilot Work Plan for Promoting Steel Structure Assembled Housing", clarifying new policies and tasks for promoting steel structure prefabricated housing in the next three years. This article analyzes the current development status of prefabricated housing in rural areas of Zhejiang Province through visiting questionnaires and on-site measurements of typical villages, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for its existing problems.
