JWACA2023-026: Luxelakes Floating Headquarters

Abstract

The Luxelakes Floating Headquarters in Chengdu is designed to promote ecological comfort and shared collaboration. The project features six multi-story office buildings connected by corridors and sky bridges, with central atriums that serve as visual and social focal points. The design emphasizes sustainability through advanced HVAC systems and water-saving technologies. The buildings are designed to blend with the natural landscape, creating a harmonious environment that supports both individual and collective productivity. The project aims to set a new standard for modern office design by integrating human, environmental, and technological considerations.
