JWACA2023-043: Research on the Design of Assembled Green Rural House in Coastal Mountainous Area——Take Laoshan District of Qingdao as an Example

Abstract

With the promotion and implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of the Party Central Committee, a number of livable demonstration green agricultural houses with modern functions, local style, low cost, safe structure and green environmental protection have become the wind vane for the development of rural housing.At present, Chinese scholars have made some in-depth research on the optimization strategy of rural housing design, but less research has been carried out on the scheme design of prefabricated green rural housing from the aspects of regional architectural features and the actual demand of functional space. Qingdao is a typical coastal mountain city. Through the investigation of the current situation of courtyard space, structural materials and functional zoning of rural houses in Laoshan area of Qingdao, this paper analyzes the problems to be solved urgently.The corresponding measures and suggestions for the roof, wall, plane and functional zoning are put forward in the construction of rural houses.It can provide the reference for improving the living environment of our country’s coastal rural population, the theoretical basis for the follow-up optimization design practice, and the concrete feasible scheme for the construction of beautiful countryside.
